PAYMENT TERMS: We require 100% prepayment at the time of booking to confirm your activity.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Unless otherwise stated, there is a 5% administrative fee for cancellation received more than 48 hours prior to your activity start time and no refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled activity start time or for no-shows. Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable. The cancellation policy for your activity will be listed on your activity confirmation.

PRICES: Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT: Please arrive about 15 minutes prior to your scheduled activity start time to check in. You must present your voucher to our tour staff at departure point of your adventure. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours.

AVAILABILITY: The tours and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Your activity is confirmed when full payment is received.
